Lisa Watkin

Lisa graduated from RMIT University in 2012 and has recently moved to the area after working in Canberra. She has developed a special interest in sports chiropractic, attending a number of sports injury seminars as well as completing her International Certification as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner last year. She has provided chiropractic treatment at a number of sporting events, from water polo, AFL, beach volleyball and pole dancing competitions.
Within clinic Lisa utilises a number of techniques including spinal and peripheral joint manipulations, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercise and dry needling. She is keen to get people moving and helping them achieve their goals. She is also a qualified personal trainer and Enhance Running Technician, hosting running technique workshops in the Shoalhaven area.
